Reason Why Taylor Swift Is Suing DJ David Mueller For $1

It is no longer news that both Taylor Swift and David Mueller are suing each other. What is news, is that star singer Taylor Swift is suing the DJ for just $1. While this may sound strength to many, here is the reason behind her suit. According to her lawyer, in his opening statements stated that the 27 year old is suing David based on principle and not all about the money. She is using this as a media to set an example for others and to show that what he did is assault.

Mueller's attorney however denied the allegation saying that he did not touched Swift in an inappropriate way, according to him, his career has been ruined by her butt grabbing allegations. Mueller sued Swift in 2015, saying her accusation that he grabbed her butt during a meet-and-greet in 2013 caused him to lose his job.

The battle between the two started back in 2013 at the Pepsi Center in Denver on June 2, where the singer was performing. Mueller meet with Taylor Swift and both including David's girlfriend took a picture, and shortly after Swift's security found Mueller and accused him of grabbing her on her butt. Two day later, the allegation lead to the DJ losing his job.
