Stress is the feeling one under goes when under pressure. It refers to the way the human body response threats. Over the years there have been many research and study to determine what cause stress and how there can be treated. In theses research studies where able to review that there are numerous emotion and physical disorder that can result to stress. Why some good, some are bad are if not properly manage, may even result to serious health implications such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes and even mental disorder.
Everyone undergoes stress from time to time. This may arise from simple routines such as driving for the first time, going out on the first date, occupying with pressure from work or working hard to impress your friends, and neighbors. One of the most common stress disorders arises from work place. Work related stress is common among adult. This arises when one is under pressure trying to please his or her boss when fighting for that promotion, or pressure face by one how is trying to meet up with companies deadline. This action, causes to the body to trigger a cascade of hormones including adrenaline and cortisol which causes the heart to race circulating blood through the body. When this happen it usually take the body some time to revert to its normal state.

1) Try to relax more: Relaxing is one way to curb stress. Thinks of some of the fun stuff you can do and try to do them. Things like visiting the beach, taking vacation and spend time watching or playing your favourite sport.
2) Regular check up to your doctor: Find time to visit your doctor regularly, try talking with an specialist to see how best they can help you with your problems.
3) Try not to take your work home: Getting stress out on your work place is enough pressure on your body. To deal with stress, try as more as possible not to bring your work home. Let your home time by time for relaxation and time for family and friends as this will help
4) Identify the cause of your stress: Try to indentify the pressure you are facing and the best possible solution to it. Then deal with it and make sure you do not carry them over.
5) This may sound funny and even stupid to some people, but medically, it has been proving to work. Try watching cartoons; yes you heard me right watch cartoon the funny one this will help you relax more.
In conclusion, stress can be dangerous to your health if not properly manage. So it will be wise to undergo regular checkup so as to know that your job is not posing to much health risk to your life.
